I love just hearing anything that Elvis sings. He is a very special person. Anything that was available for him to sing will always be very special, cause watever it was he could make it his own. Thanks for bringing this to us.

Sorry I do talk to much !! Well my Dad took me Mam for her 60th birthday and she said she was overwhelmed with emotion like you and I would be the same, I'd be crying I tell you for definite. She wanted to go again sometime with me because my Dad isn't a fan really and he said for us 2 to go together would be amazing for us both. Her camera broke as well, she said of all the times to break !!! She had her phone and they were decent photos but her camera would of been better. Also one other issue is that I hate flying, I get pretty scared, I've flown twice in my life and both times I've proper panicked at certain times. And that is around 2 & half hours in the sky lol, I don't know if I will cope on a long flight. I really want to go though, so maybe one day Steve eh 🙄🙄🙄 thanks again for an amazing podcast and thanks also to Don, what a lovely bloke he is, I could listen to you 2 all day !!!! I'm glad you have set this podcast up because you are brilliant at this, you are a natural at interviewing, well not that word probably because it's such a brilliant conversation with Don. O look forward to more 😁👍😁 x

Ya know Steve, that was awesome. And to hear how you felt at Graceland, I would probably be same, I've not been to Graceland, I don't think I've said to you, so I'm envious of Don too, I would love to be able to pop over whenever I wanted. It's because I've not had the opportunity to go, firstly it's because I've not been able to afford to go early on, when I met my husband and we got married, then we had a belated honeymoon, because we worked at a small newsagents and we were the 2 full timers so after we got married we had to go straight back to work, so we had our honeymoon and shop work isn't the world's best pain jobs but we did ok ya know. Then I had both my children, the years rolled on by and it's only recently my daughter moved out to get a place of their own.her boyfriend lived with us too for a good while. My son has spent 6 yrs at Uni, he is a musician and now a very professional one, he is a guitarist, got his top degree and then this year he passed his master's. My hubby has said many times he would take me one day, once kids flew the nest. I can't see that now because of my health problems which have gotten worse this last couple of years.

* sorry I mean santa Claus is back in town bluesy & raunchy vocals from Elvis. He was brilliant with songs, like Don said he could take any song & make it his own 😁

I love Santa Claus is back in town. And it's my number 1 Elvis Christmas song too, but a very close second is Blue Christmas. It's a proper raunchy bluesy vocals from Elvis. I agree that Elvis should of toured the world, Parker's fault, I heared Parker was an illegal immigrant.
